[한인협 = 이완우 기자] 11일 앤더슨 글로벌(Andersen Global)이 쿠웨이트 최대 규모 법률 사무소 알케브라(Al Khebra)와 제휴 협약을 체결했다고 10일 발표했다.

알케브라의 합류는 앤더슨 글로벌의 법률 서비스 부문의 회원 및 협력사 가운데 50번째다. 앤더슨 글로벌은 10개 국가에 약 400명의 전문가를 두고 있으며 중동 지역 20개소에서 활동하고 있다.

쿠웨이트시티에 위치한 알케브라는 설립자 겸 총괄 이사 오사마 아 알압둘 잘릴(Osama A Al-Abdul Jaleel)이 이끌고 있다. 알케브라에서는 5명의 이사와 약 50명의 법률 및 세금 전문가들이 중동 전역에서 수많은 법률 서비스를 제공한다. 이 업체의 법률 서비스 영역은 기업 및 상업, M&A, 사모펀드, 제휴 협력, 세금, 은행 및 금융, 부동산, 벤처 캐피털, 투자, 구조조정, 고용 등이다.

September 11 Andersen Global announced today that it has signed a collaboration agreement with Kuwait’s largest law firm, Al Khebra.
